Our sessions will be as unique as you and your challenges are. In our initial sessions, I will provide a wellness assessment and create a personalized plan specialized to fit your life’s goals.
The shoes you’re wearing, I’ve been in them too. My approach is targeted towards creating a more balanced life, and I provide the science-backed resources and guidance to get you there.

- On-demand coaching using Marco Polo, and or WhatsApp

6 Week Group Coaching
Take a break from alcohol and explore the reasons we drink. Together we will also be examining our relationship with alcohol and with God.
