My mission is to empower women with the science, tools and tactics to bring healthy positive lasting change into their lives.
Hi, I'm Suzanne!
I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, dog mom, exercise enthusiast, and a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. Most importantly, however, is I’ve been in your shoes.
When I first began to question my drinking habits I had never heard of gray area drinking. I knew drinking wasn’t adding joy to my life anymore, and I knew wanting to change wasn’t enough but as far as I knew there wasn’t a label for that. The bottom line was I wanted to get control of my life back and I needed road map to help me get there.
I found my solution in THIS NAKED MIND.
This Naked Mind coaching erased my cloudy-foggy days and replaced them with brighter, more focused ones.
I would describe my life now as…
Peaceful- Clarity about who I am and who I am becoming.
Purposeful- Knowing Gods purpose for me and my direction.
Balanced-Faith, family, fellowship and fulfillment
Joyful- Inwardly peaceful and content.
Confident- Living with humility and grace.
Grateful- I have found abundance has flowed into my life when gratitude flows out of my heart. This is meant for you too.
About Clean Slate Coaching
